RENAL CARE CENTER

Renal Care Center in Tarlac – Hemodialysis, Hemodiafiltration, and Renal Services

1st Floor, Renal Care Center
06:00 AM to 04:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Tarlac Medical Center’s Renal Care Center provides comprehensive, patient-centered care for individuals living with chronic kidney disease and related renal conditions. Equipped with advanced technology and a highly trained medical team, our goal is to ensure safe, efficient, and comfortable treatments for all our patients.

We currently operate eight machines, including seven dedicated units for hemodialysis and one for hemodiafiltration. The center is also expanding to increase capacity and meet the growing needs of renal patients who require hemodialysis, hemodiafiltration, and hemoperfusion treatments.

Services Offered

Hemodialysis

A procedure using a dialysis machine and a special filter called a dialyzer to clean the blood. This treatment removes toxins and excess fluids, supporting patients whose kidneys can no longer perform this essential function.

Hemodiafiltration

A form of renal replacement therapy where ultrapure replacement fluid is reinfused to maintain balance. This method removes a broader range of middle-molecular-weight toxins and provides patients with more efficient blood purification.

Hemoperfusion

A blood detoxification process where blood is passed through a filter containing artificial cells filled with activated carbon. These cells trap harmful molecules and toxins without damaging healthy blood components.

Laboratory Examination Packages

Comprehensive lab test packages, including Complete Blood Count, Blood Chemistry, and Hepatitis Screening, ensure that each patient receives an individualized treatment plan tailored to their clinical needs.

Patient Health and Nutrition Education

Our expert team of nephrologists, hemodialysis nurses, and dietitians provides ongoing guidance to help patients understand their condition, manage symptoms, and maintain optimal nutrition during renal therapy.
